- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven heats up, take a small oven-safe bowl or ramekin and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a little bit of butter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the large egg, Greek yogurt, protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, creamy peanut butter, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk everything together until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Once your batter is well mixed, fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Carefully pour the batter into your prepared bowl, smoothing out the top with the back of a spoon. Place the bowl in the preheated oven and let it bake for 18 to 22 minutes.
- After baking, remove the pancake bowl from the oven and let it cool for about 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
