- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Start by taking your softened cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese and placing them in a large mixing bowl. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix them together thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Incorporate the crushed pineapple, which should be well-drained. Add in the chopped dried cranberries and green onions. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, along with salt and pepper to taste. Stir all the ingredients together gently.
- Shape your cheese mixture into a log using plastic wrap to form it and chill for at least 2 hours.
