Online order quickly despatched but one of the tumblers broken in transit as only wrapped in tissue paper. Easy instructions followed to request replacement/refund. Prompt reply from Customer Service and refund organised. Excellent. I will no doubt order more tumblers and hope to see them correctly wrapped for transit in bubblewrap/box!!
