- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Begin by heating 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes, flipping them once, until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining oil and heat. Add asparagus and mushrooms, sautéing for 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Return shrimp to the pan, drizzle with soy sauce and lemon juice, tossing until coated and heated through.
