This Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Roll Cake is a decadent dessert that combines the beloved flavors of chocolate and peanut butter with layers of creamy filling and crunchy mini Reese’s Cups.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1 cup chocolate ganache or chocolate frosting
- Reese’s Pieces or additional mini peanut butter cups for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat eggs and sugar on high speed until thick, pale, and frothy. Fold in milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Roll the warm cake in a towel dusted with powdered sugar and let cool completely.
- Beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, and heavy cream to make filling.
- Unroll cake, spread with filling and chopped Reese’s, then re-roll.
- Top with ganache or frosting and garnish as desired.
Notes
For nut allergies, replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. For gluten-free, use a gluten-free flour blend.
