- ½ pound (8 oz.) raspberries, plus more for garnish
- 5 cups cold water
- 1 cup sugar (or substitute with honey, stevia, or monk fruit)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by blending the raspberries with ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice until the mixture is smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to separate the pulp and seeds.
- In a large pitcher, combine the raspberry purée, the remaining lemon juice, cold water, and sweetener. Stir gently until dissolved.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled, or serve over ice with garnishes.
Notes
Store any leftover raspberry lemonade in the refrigerator for up to three days; however, its freshness is best enjoyed within the first two days.
