  • ½ pound (8 oz.) raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 1 cup sugar (or substitute with honey, stevia, or monk fruit)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by blending the raspberries with ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice until the mixture is smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to separate the pulp and seeds.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the raspberry purée, the remaining lemon juice, cold water, and sweetener. Stir gently until dissolved.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, or serve over ice with garnishes.

Notes

Store any leftover raspberry lemonade in the refrigerator for up to three days; however, its freshness is best enjoyed within the first two days.
