  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini pretzels, crushed (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Blend until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Fold in the crushed pretzels, reserving some for topping.
  6. Shape tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on the baking sheet. Press pretzel pieces on top.
