- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini pretzels, crushed (plus extra for topping)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Blend until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the peanut butter mixture.
- Fold in the crushed pretzels, reserving some for topping.
- Shape tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on the baking sheet. Press pretzel pieces on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool and drizzle with caramel sauce.
