  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add garlic, sauté until aromatic. Add spinach, cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
  2. Mix spinach-garlic with feta and mozzarella. Season with black pepper.
  3. Place filling on half of each tortilla, fold over.
  4. Cook with remaining oil in skillet until golden brown and cheese melts. Slice into wedges.
