- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add garlic, sauté until aromatic. Add spinach, cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
- Mix spinach-garlic with feta and mozzarella. Season with black pepper.
- Place filling on half of each tortilla, fold over.
- Cook with remaining oil in skillet until golden brown and cheese melts. Slice into wedges.
