- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1–2 tsp chili garlic sauce (to taste)
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp dried chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep your cauliflower by washing it and cutting it into bite-sized florets.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
- Add cauliflower florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, and optional sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower, stirring well to coat and continue stir-frying for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
This dish can be made in advance and stored in the fridge. Just reheat on the stovetop or microwave before serving.
