Instructions

  1. Begin by mixing together the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Gradually add in the warm milk, water, and olive oil. Stir the mixture until a soft dough forms.
  2. Transfer your dough onto a floured surface. Knead it for about 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough back in the bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm environment for about an hour, or until it doubles in size.
  3. After the rising phase, deflate the dough gently and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each portion into a ball and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking tray. Let these balls rise for an additional 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and garlic powder.
