  • 1 tbsp balsamic reduction (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare the tart base with puff pastry.
  2. Add a cheesy layer of mozzarella and feta cheese.
  3. Layer the sliced tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and season.
  4. Top with torn basil leaves.
  5. Brush edges with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes.
