  • Author: Alioui
  • Total Time: 3 hours 45 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Description

A decadent and visually stunning dessert that combines creamy cheesecake with a tart raspberry center, all encased in a shiny dark chocolate shell.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for shine)

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the raspberry center by simmering raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium-low heat until thickened.
  2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth. Whip cold heavy cream and fold it into the cream cheese.
  3. Spoon cheesecake mixture into silicone dome molds, creating wells for raspberry mixture, then freeze.
  4. Melt dark chocolate and optionally stir in coconut oil for shine. Coat each dome with melted chocolate.
  5. Allow the chocolate coating to set and serve.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened to prevent lumps. Use high-quality dark chocolate for best results. Allow adequate chilling time.
