- 16 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 15 oz evaporated milk
- ½ cup diced pickled jalapeños
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to a perfect 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheeses, bacon, and jalapeños.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, flour, and evaporated milk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the cheese mixture and stir well.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour in the mixture.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Notes
Allow the dish to cool slightly before slicing to help the squares keep their shape.
