  • 1 pack Buldak Ramen Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tteokbokki (Korean rice cakes)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Scallions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 Soft-Boiled Eggs, halved

Instructions

  1. Start by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Simultaneously, bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, blend together the gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic.
  3. Using the heated skillet, add sesame oil and introduce the frozen chicken dumplings into the pan.
  4. Drop the tteokbokki and Buldak ramen noodles into the boiling water and allow them to cook until tender.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and tteokbokki, adding the fried dumplings after folding them into the mix.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, cover the skillet with a lid, and let it melt before serving.

Notes

For the perfect texture, be careful not to overboil the tteokbokki.
