- 8 to 10 Frozen Chicken Dumplings
- 1 pack Buldak Ramen Noodles
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tteokbokki (Korean rice cakes)
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Scallions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 Soft-Boiled Eggs, halved
Instructions
- Start by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Simultaneously, bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.
- In a small mixing bowl, blend together the gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic.
- Using the heated skillet, add sesame oil and introduce the frozen chicken dumplings into the pan.
- Drop the tteokbokki and Buldak ramen noodles into the boiling water and allow them to cook until tender.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and tteokbokki, adding the fried dumplings after folding them into the mix.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, cover the skillet with a lid, and let it melt before serving.
Notes
For the perfect texture, be careful not to overboil the tteokbokki.
