Description

A mouthwatering combination of flavors that transports you straight to culinary bliss!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Start by heating the olive oil in your skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced chicken breasts, then sprinkle the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken. Cook this flavorful combination for about 6 to 7 minutes, ensuring that you stir occasionally until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  2. While the chicken is cooking, prepare your creamy sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Use a whisk or a fork to mix them until they are well-blended.
  3. Now it’s time to bring everything together! Warm your flour tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce evenly onto each tortilla, then layer on the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, shredded mozzarella cheese, and finally, spoon on the cooked chicken.
  4. To wrap your tortillas, fold in the sides slightly and roll from the bottom up to encase all the delicious fillings. Ensure you wrap tightly to keep the ingredients secure.

Notes

Wrap them tightly in foil or store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave before serving.
