- 2 soft-boiled eggs

- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Start by seasoning your chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a touch of chili paste. Sear for 5–6 minutes each side in a hot skillet with sesame oil.
- Add more sesame oil if needed in the pot, then sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Stir in chili paste, pour in chicken broth, and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with soy sauce and add heavy cream, simmering for 10-15 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles per package instructions, slightly undercooking them.
- Boil eggs for 6.5 to 7 minutes, then plunge into ice water, peel, and halve.
- In a bowl, combine ramen noodles, ladle broth, top with chicken slices, eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.
