  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning your chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a touch of chili paste. Sear for 5–6 minutes each side in a hot skillet with sesame oil.
  2. Add more sesame oil if needed in the pot, then sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chili paste, pour in chicken broth, and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with soy sauce and add heavy cream, simmering for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Cook ramen noodles per package instructions, slightly undercooking them.
  5. Boil eggs for 6.5 to 7 minutes, then plunge into ice water, peel, and halve.
  6. In a bowl, combine ramen noodles, ladle broth, top with chicken slices, eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Notes
