  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed (for crumble topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and gradually mix into the wet ingredient.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, adding strawberry jam until swirled.
  5. Form tablespoon-sized rounds of cookie dough on the sheet, adding a dollop of cream cheese filling in the center.
