Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Portion out 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella onto the prepared sheet, leaving space between mounds.
  4. Season cheese mounds with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  5. Add 3 to 4 mini pepperoni slices on top of each mound.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the baking sheet and vary baking time based on your oven’s performance.
