Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Portion out 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella onto the prepared sheet, leaving space between mounds.
- Season cheese mounds with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Add 3 to 4 mini pepperoni slices on top of each mound.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool on the baking sheet.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the baking sheet and vary baking time based on your oven’s performance.
