Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges (undrained)
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple (in juice, undrained)
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub frozen whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and undrained mandarin oranges. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, mix the crushed pineapple, thawed whipped topping, and pudding mix until fluffy. Spread over the cooled cake.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
