  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your cooking apparatus of choice—a grill or pan—over medium-high heat. This ensures that the patties start cooking immediately when placed on the surface, sealing in those precious juices.
