Ingredients

- 5 cups strawberry-flavored Chex cereal
- 8 oz white chocolate chips
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter (optional)
- Heart-shaped sprinkles or Valentine-themed sprinkles
- 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Stir in softened cream cheese, freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and optional butter until smooth.
- Pour Chex cereal into a bowl and drizzle cheesecake mixture over it, folding gently.
- Transfer to a ziplock bag with powdered sugar and shake until coated.
- Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with heart-shaped sprinkles and optional crushed graham crackers.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
