Ingredients

  • 5 cups strawberry-flavored Chex cereal
  • 8 oz white chocolate chips
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)
  • Heart-shaped sprinkles or Valentine-themed sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  2. Stir in softened cream cheese, freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and optional butter until smooth.
  3. Pour Chex cereal into a bowl and drizzle cheesecake mixture over it, folding gently.
  4. Transfer to a ziplock bag with powdered sugar and shake until coated.
  5. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cool for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with heart-shaped sprinkles and optional crushed graham crackers.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
