- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Begin by washing all fresh produce thoroughly under running water. Once clean, take the ripe mango and carefully peel it. Cut it into small pieces, making sure they are uniformly diced for flavor distribution. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and pit and dice the avocado, avoiding any bitter flavors.
- In a large bowl, gently combine the diced mango, sliced cucumber, fresh blueberries, and diced avocado. Sprinkle chopped mint over the salad.
- In a small bowl, blend lime juice with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until combined.
- Right before serving, drizzle dressing over the salad and gently mix to coat evenly without bruising the avocado.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
