This Whipped Feta Dip with Roasted Strawberries is a delightful addition to any party or gathering!

- 8 oz feta cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Take the fresh strawberries and slice them. Place the sliced strawberries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar and drizzle balsamic vinegar over them. Roast them in the oven for about 20 minutes until they become jammy and fragrant.
- While your strawberries are roasting, grab a blender. In it, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- After the strawberries have roasted, serve the whipped feta dip in a bowl and top it with the roasted strawberries.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
