Instructions
- Start by heating your skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Combine the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper in a bowl for the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, coating evenly. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in the skillet for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
