- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Begin by placing all the vegetable ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the corn kernels, halved cherry tomatoes, finely diced red onion, and diced red bell pepper.
