Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Place the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll it out to smooth out any folds.
  3. Spread a small amount of cranberry sauce along the length of each pastry strip, add slices of brie cheese, and sprinkle fresh thyme leaves.
