Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
- Place the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll it out to smooth out any folds.
- Spread a small amount of cranberry sauce along the length of each pastry strip, add slices of brie cheese, and sprinkle fresh thyme leaves.
- Fold each strip lengthwise and gently twist it, pinching the ends securely.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg wash and bake for 18-22 minutes until golden.
