Instructions
- Begin by preparing all your ingredients. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
- Heat the vegetable oil in your large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer.
- In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed, then toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger.
- Add the chopped cabbage, julienned carrots, and sliced bell peppers to the skillet.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the pan along with that flavorful sauce you set aside earlier.
- Finally, drizzle the sesame oil over your stir fry for an extra layer of flavor.
