- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each before the next, followed by vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
- Drop dough onto baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart, and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For chewier cookies, decrease baking time slightly and use more brown sugar than granulated sugar.
