Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease your pie plate.
  2. In a heat-safe bowl, melt butter and 2 cups of chocolate chips.
  3. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until pale and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the cooled chocolate, then sift in flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Fold in remaining chocolate chips and spread batter into the pan.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the center is puffed and surface cracks.
