- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the cabbage until leaves are tender.
- Mix shrimp, sausage, tomatoes, and spices in a bowl.
- Stuff the mixture into cabbage leaves and place in a baking dish.
- Top with cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
