Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and fine salt.
  2. In a separate large bowl, crack two large eggs and beat them until they’re well mixed. Gradually whisk in the milk, plain yogurt (or sour cream), melted butter, and optional vanilla extract.
