- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and press sugar cookie dough into a 9-inch springform pan; bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add vanilla, eggs one at a time, then sour cream, flour, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust, bake for 50-60 minutes until set, cool in the oven for an hour, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
