- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Sriracha (divided)
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Skewers (wooden or metal)

- Start by creating a flavorful marinade that will infuse the chicken with taste. In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, one tablespoon of Sriracha, salt, and black pepper. Whisk this mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated, creating a balanced marinade.
- Once your marinade is ready, add the chicken chunks and toss them to ensure each piece is thoroughly coated. For the best flavor, allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes. If you have the time, letting it sit for up to four hours in the refrigerator will yield even more intense flavors.
- While the chicken marinates, it’s the perfect opportunity to prepare the creamy Bang Bang sauce. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, the remaining tablespoon of Sriracha, and lime juice. Stir until smooth, then cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce until you’re ready to serve it as a dip.
- After the chicken has marinated and your sauce is ready, it’s time to thread the marinated chicken chunks onto skewers. Make sure to evenly distribute the chicken for consistent cooking.
- Fire up your grill and set it to medium-high heat. Allow it to preheat properly before placing the skewers on it.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes. Remember to turn them occasionally to ensure all sides become beautifully charred and the chicken is cooked through.
- Just before serving, brush the hot skewers with the prepared Bang Bang sauce, allowing the flavor to penetrate the chicken further.
