  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Slice the Beef: The first step in creating your Beef and Broccoli dish is to slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
  2. Marinate the Beef: Place the beef in a bowl and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
