Instructions
- Slice the Beef: The first step in creating your Beef and Broccoli dish is to slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
- Marinate the Beef: Place the beef in a bowl and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
