Description

This unique dish captures everything you love about a classic cheeseburger but adds an irresistible twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 12 soft dinner rolls
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
  3. Slice off the tops of the dinner rolls and hollow out the centers, placing a cube of cheddar cheese at the bottom of each roll.
  4. Spoon the seasoned beef mixture into each roll, adding more cheese on top if desired.
  5. Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush this over the tops of the rolls.
  6. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and chopped parsley, then place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven.
