This unique dish captures everything you love about a classic cheeseburger but adds an irresistible twist.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
- 12 soft dinner rolls
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
- Slice off the tops of the dinner rolls and hollow out the centers, placing a cube of cheddar cheese at the bottom of each roll.
- Spoon the seasoned beef mixture into each roll, adding more cheese on top if desired.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush this over the tops of the rolls.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan and chopped parsley, then place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven.
