- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, add the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Toss in the finely chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, then add the pepperoni slices and crisp for another 2-3 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and sour cream until smooth. Add dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the sautéed mushroom and pepperoni into the cheese mixture, then transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
