- 10 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices of pepperoni
- Italian seasoning, to sprinkle on top
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Alternatively, heat a skillet over medium heat if you prefer stovetop cooking.
- On a clean, flat surface, lay out a slice of mozzarella cheese. Layer it with two slices of pepperoni.
- Place each roll-up seam-side down on your prepared baking sheet or in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden.
Notes
Chill the mozzarella slices slightly in the fridge before rolling them to help maintain their shape.
