- 1 pound powdered sugar

- 14 ounces sweetened shredded coconut
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 10 ounces maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
- 3 cups finely chopped pecans
- 16 ounces candy coating, melting wafers, or almond bark
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until smooth.
- Add sweetened shredded coconut and condensed milk; stir to combine.
- Fold in chopped cherries and pecans gently.
- Shape into balls and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Melt candy coating and dip chilled balls; refrigerate until set.
