Description

A satisfying and flavorful dish with ground beef and garlic veggies.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes or 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or neutral cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a pan.
  3. Add soy sauce and chili flakes/hot sauce to beef.
  4. Stir-fry the veggies in the same pan.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, beef, and veggies.
  6. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  7. Store leftovers in airtight containers.
