Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes or 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or neutral cooking oil
Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef in a pan.
- Add soy sauce and chili flakes/hot sauce to beef.
- Stir-fry the veggies in the same pan.
- Assemble bowls with rice, beef, and veggies.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in airtight containers.
